I am incredibly grateful to have been referred to Dr. Rice for my urgent dental needs. Not only is she an experienced, compassionate, and considerate dentist, but her practice also exceeded my expectations by quickly scheduling my consultation and treatment. Dr. Rice took the time to thoroughly understand my condition and carefully worked towards the best resolution, then helped me get the additional dental care (oral surgery) that I needed. I look forward to continuing my routine dental visits with her and her team.

They just do not come any better! Fabulous! Like most people, dental work is not my favorite thing and I am a bit picky about who takes care of any of my medical needs. Dr. Rice and the folks in her office are wonderful at what they do and also just very good people! Even during tough procedures, have always been completely comfortable in their care. Lucky to have found this office!

I always feel confident that I have received the best dental cleaning and dental care at Dr. Rices. They always answer my every concern and at 80 years of age I have concerns about keeping as many teeth as possible. If you need implants you will be referred to skilled dentist who can take care of you as they did with me. My primary goal is to keep my back teeth which are the grinders as I hope to enjoy eating with my own teeth as long as possible. Best Dental practice around.

As always my experience was fabulous! Front desk ladies are so welcoming, friendly & cheerful. Love those ladies! Dr Kim is the best. Dr Kim’s two assistants are beykk on d amazing. Doc Rice is the best as they come. Strong and kind. My favorite part of her practice is the folks that do miles of work for us. Diana and Tammie sp and crew, are amazing awesome! Ty always. Don’t be afraid of a dentist ,Be afraid to disappoint them. They care! You may learn a lot if ya banter with them. Good souls. I enjoy the mini orchestra in the office.

Dr Rice is an experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate dentist. She and her staff are friendly, professional and consistently make time to educate patients on treatment and preventative care. My young children even look forward to their dental visits! The whole team makes us feel like family. I have and will continue to highly recommend to anyone!

I was so impressed with the quality care that I received. Dr Rice who is such a warm and caring person. She takes her time and makes certain that you are satisfied with the work she has done and is always available if you need her for an emergency dental procedure. Attending on a recommendation from a friend, I thought, like many other times to be passed over by assistants or given just a glance; however, Dr.Rice and her team were attentive from step 1. And because I was only visiting from out-of-town, they were particularly diligent about working with me and my insurance. The visit itself was very productive. Dr. Rice listened to my conceens, and was helpful in suggesting a way forward to address a more in depth issue concerning my teeth. If I lived in Ann Arbor. I would most certainly return for her and her office's care.

As crazy as it sounds, I look forward to my dental appointments. Not only have they guided me clinically so my cleanings now take 15 minutes and are pain free (versus 45 minutes of pain before); but, I am always treated with the utmost respect, kindness, consideration, understanding, and love for me as a fellow valuable human being. That makes me VERY VERY happy and encourages me to continue to do the same (regardless of the **** I get back from the world). Look at Dr Rice’s picture and see what your heart says. She is a special human being to have put together such a healing practice.

I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Rice's dental practice. Both Dr. Rice and her staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. Dr. Rice was very attentive and asked insightful questions to better understand my dental needs. While the clinic is LGBTQ+ friendly, they are still working on using the correct pronouns.

I have been privileged to have Dr Rice as my dentist for 20 years. She’s amazing in her skills, she has an impeccable staff of hygienist and her support staff will go out of their way to make sure your every need is met. Dr Rice has met me at her office 2 separate occasions for emergency dental issues and has always come through with a solution. I’m very blessed to have her as my Dentist.

Dr. Rice and Mickey are absolutely the best people and treatment I’ve ever experienced in my history of Dentists and hygienists. It is very clean and all the staff are down to earth friendly. They care about you and how you are doing, by taking their time to treat you. So happy to have them taking care of my dental needs!

Alway get professional care and feel comfortable that I am getting the best dental care possible. The office is equipped with state of the art equipment and staff is always friendly and happy to explain every procedure. As a senior they have walked me through all phases of dental care and taking care of aging teeth.

I love Dr Rice and my hygienist, Mickey. They are both friendly, thoughtful, kind, and unhurried as they answer questions and give advice during cleaning and exam. I'm very satisfied with my excellent dental care. Mickey is an amazing hygienist, I have very sensitive teeth and my discomfort during cleaning is very minimal. Bonus: you get a blanket to cover up with if you're cold. So glad a friend referred me to Dr Rice's practice many years ago!

Dr Rice’s personality and treatment glows with an “I really care about my patients by providing them with the best quality of care as expected.” This is the level of care that my wife and I have been accustomed to for the many many years that we have been her patients. Her staff is very helpful and professional while addressing our needs and concerns .

I have always been uncomfortable with seeing a dentist until I walked into Dr. Kimberly Rice Dental Office! I noticed right away that her office staff was genuinely friendly, warm and professional with me. The entire building was very clean and had a humidifier in each dental room -- which means it was COVID safe and sanitizers everywhere. Dr. Kimberly Rice and her entire staff works very well together and with me. Dr. Rice is a very skilled Dentist and I would recommend her to anyone. Had my 6 month check up today. The dentist is one of the last places I want to go. But I’ve been going to Dr. Rice for 2 years now and her team makes the experience very welcoming. Very personable and give off a good vibe as soon as you walk in the door. Mickey who does my cleanings, is an absolute gem!

A new patient. From the first call they made it so easy. They went out of the way to fit me in. Such a pleasant experience from everyone. Never had such a complete & thorough exam from both the hygienist who's a real pro with a great personality & Dr. Rice who's got such a wonderful chair side manner.

Dr. Rice and her staff have been the best decision I've ever made. Even driving 45 minutes from home I have never been happier with a dentist. I always have questions for Mickie and she always provides very thorough answers. Today was the first day not wearing my mask and I felt very safe sitting in the waiting room for approximately 10 minutes. Dr. Rice and all the hygienist continue to wear masks, gowns, gloves, etc. Very safe environment. Dr. Rice and her employees are the best!

My favorite hygienist is Shelby. She is careful, detailed and takes the time to explain what she is doing and communicate what's happening throughout the entire procedure. She is also attentive enough to know when you want to chit chat and when you would like her to just focus on the details of your teeth. I really appreciate her calm demeanor. Dr. Rice always has smart, good people in her practice from the front of the building to the back. Equipment is top notch and the facility is spotless. Simply excellent!

Dr. Rice saw my 7 year-old son today for a cavity fill plus sealants. She was kind, gentle, friendly and professional throughout the procedure. My son was relaxed and comfortable the entire visit. I was a little nervous about going with the Covid-19 issue, however, when I arrived, they had 2 different stations to do the screening (ie questions, fever, cough etc, etc) and take your blood pressure. Once I was back at my stall, I watched as my hygienist wiped everything down before she went to the next step of cleaning my teeth. Staff made me feel very comfortable with their cleaning routine during this Pandemic. I have an appointment to return in December and feel quite comfortable keeping that appointment.

Dr. Rice and her office staff always go above and beyond in doing the absolute best care! The dental assistants are always friendly and professional. I was wondering if seeing a dentist was safe at this time. I found everything was as I would want it and every precaution I could think of was in place. Masks and face shields were worn by staff and I only was close to the hygienist and the dentist when they were working on my teeth. The waiting room was my car and I scheduled my next visit with my mask on with the masked receptionist from a safe distance according to current standards. i went for a routine teeth cleaning today. I was pre-screened for covid 19 the day before my appt. My hygienist took my temperature, BP. I was asked to swish hydrogen peroxide in my mouth for a minute, wash my hands before my cleaning began. Everyone was dressed in a surgical coat, wore multiple masks, gloves. The door into the dental treatment area was changed to a swinging door as opposed to a door with a door knob. My teeth were cleaned. The office and treatment area was very clean. The office is following all of the CDC guidelines for safe dental treatments. I was initially nervous going to the dentist for a visit because of covid 19 concerns. I was a bit nervous going in for crown preparation and everyone went out of their way to help me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had recently moved to the area and really needed dental work. I noticed the many positive reviews this placed had and scheduled an appointment as they also took my insurance. The demand for this place is very noticeable as I was scheduled a little farther out than I first hoped but ended up getting in sooner than I was scheduled because someone cancelled and they called if I wanted to come in. Having not been to the dentist in years, I was a little timid and wasn't sure what to expect. When I arrived for my first visit, I was with Shannon, the hygienist and was honest about my current health and habits. After the cleaning and x-ray's Dr. Rice and Shannon came up with a plan to help fix my on-going issues I had. I left feeling like they genuinely cared about my health. After my most recent cleaning, my hygienist was legitimately happy to see the great progress we had made over the months. This office actually cares about improving your health, not just simply booking appointments. I would wait an extra month if I had to just to make sure I can have this kind of care. As long as I'm within a driving distance of this location, I will always come here.

I recently had emergency dental surgery with infection. I was unsure about my post op options. I called Dr Rice and was greeted with a happy environment putting me at ease. I have been going to this dentist for several years now, and the service here has never wavered. Everyone here is kind and patient. I rarely ever have to wait more than a few minutes to get in for my appointment. I will say it is difficult to get ANOTHER appointment if I ever have to cancel and change my appointment, because they’re so well booked. But they’re always willing to call and tell you if they have a cancellation too. I don’t love going to the dentist, but I at least don’t fear this one! From the beginning to the end of each visit, the staff is professional, helpful, friendly, and provides high quality of care. Dr. RIce checks carefully for oral cancers and does a thorough review of the x-rays and your medical history each time. The hygienists are careful about checking gums, cleaning, polishing, and giving helpful tips about brushing and flossing. They even take your blood pressure and pulse at each visit. Our family moved to the Ann Arbor area in 2017 and a friend shared their experience with Dr. Rice's office. We have had a great experience as well. My three daughters have no problem visiting the dentist. (Even when they have a small cavity!) I highly recommend Dr. Kimberly Rice and her staff. I always have a positive experience when visiting their office. Mickey is a great hygienist, very thorough, professional and friendly. Love this dental practice. Each time I have an appointment I love it even more. Easily parking, comfortable atmosphere and top notch dental workers. They know what they are doing but they are caring and as gentle as possible. Whether you have a problem or just need a cleaning I highly recommend. I moved about 30 miles away and still come back. I so enjoy everyone who works at Kim Rice's dentistry. It's very comfortable there from the waiting room to each cubby. I always leave with a goodie bag and the best feeling.
