Born and raised in Swartz Creek, Michigan, Dr. Zerka earned his undergraduate degrees in Neuroscience and Psychology from Michigan State University before completing his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Michigan in 2024.

Dr. Zerka’s passion for dentistry began in childhood and solidified in college when he learned how smiles connect people across cultures. For him, dentistry is the perfect blend of medicine, engineering, teaching, and art, offering the opportunity to help patients share their happiness through healthy, beautiful smiles.

Outside of work, Dr. Zerka enjoys attending Michigan State football and basketball games, playing golf and volleyball, and cooking big Lebanese dinners with his family.
