Kind, gentle, professional and proficient at what she does. The staff is like family and the office environment is warm and friendly. The care instructions, the detailed explanation of each step, the offer for a blanket, or other comfort items. Everything was top notch service! Outstanding service & care! I have been seeing Dr. Rice and her hygienist, Mickey for at least 20 years since they began practicing dental care at this location and I have never been not pleased with the care I have received from the entire staff.

Mickey is wonderful. She really listens to me. She is very thorough. I always learn something new about taking care of my teeth. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Dr Rice was on vacation. So I did not see her this time.

I used to dislike the dentist as a young person, but dental practice has changed so much. My hygienist is awesome. She is very thorough and careful. The office is welcoming and Dr. Rice is supportive and gentle. I rarely have to wait and I find being there is a pleasant experience.

Great experience, I hate going to the Dentist but the hygienist Mickey was very gentle with a very pleasant personality 😊 and Dr. RICE was a very knowledgeable lady with a very pleasant personality I do believe I have found the perfect dental practice. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Z and his assistant sorry I forgot her name and they were both very pleasant I felt just as comfortable with them. Definitely a great Dental team.

Why am I writing this, it’s simple—-Because it hard to say Thanks, everyone was pleasant, friendly,, and nice, and I just got my teeth cleaned without it hurting because my hygienist keep checking with me, and took her time—-so I actually left smiling—SWEAT 😊
